Terms and Conditions

Payment
Full payment is required prior to course or seminar.

Cancellation
We regret that we must make a charge for cancellations:

More than 12 weeks before - 25% of course fee;
Less than 4 weeks before - 50% of course fee;
Less than 14 days before - 100% of course fee.

Non-Cancellation Policy
Our non-cancellation policy guarantees that we will endeavour to run all courses detailed in this prospectus. This means that you can book your preferred course, seminar or workshop at your chosen venue with complete confidence that this will be held, subject to the following conditions.

When might we cancel?

  • Circumstances beyond our control (eg. hotel fire, local disaster, ill health of tutor).
  • Delegates have booked but not paid.

Alternatives
For all delegates affected by a cancellation we will do one of the following:

  • Determine if it is practical and acceptable to reschedule to another date.
  • Make a full refund of fees paid.

For online courses we regret that no refund can be made once a student has enrolled and course material has been sent.

Organiser's Rights
No audio or video recording is permitted at any time. Whilst every care is taken to ensure the accuracy of all information provided, whether written or verbal, no responsibility for loss occasioned to any person acting or refraining from action as a result of any statement made can be accepted by the seminar organisers.
